Shane Araujo was born and raised in Northeast Indiana and started his business with his business partner in Fort Wayne. He spent the last 18+ years in the Power-Transmission and MRO world successfully building a tech-enabled distributor of bearings, electric motors, gearboxes, conveyor belting, and other critical MRO products for diverse power transmission applications across the factory/plant floor.

Lifestyle or growth business? I think a lot of business owners start out with a big dream and let the business take over their lifestyle. I like that Shane brought this concept up.
