Episode #1: Tony Scelzo- Ceemless

Meet Tony Scelzo, a serial entrepreneur for over two and a half decades. He was part of the first franchise for BD's Mongolian BBQ and trained as a fine-dining chef early in his career.

Later, he built two digital marketing firms within six years, as well as launched a custom software / managed services company doing technology consulting. He has spoken to and mentored over 50,000 people on sales and go-to market strategies. His Passion has always been around empowering entrepreneurs through technology, people, and processes.

Tony launched his most recent venture, Ceemless, to help keep the promise of technology and be a tool instead of a tax on the business to create new value for internal and external customers. He saw a need in the marketplace where SMBs could create optimization as well as innovation plans for short-term impact and long-term value for their organizations. Ceemless is a professional services firm that acts as an accelerator for spin-off companies it partners with.

Tony Sclezo is the proud father of two girls to whom are the love of his life. He is an avid golfer, author, speaker, and consummate coach, voracious reader, a lover of good food and wine, and is known for his great laugh.

A person that hungers for the art of the possible, is proficient in whiteboard and business model development. He lives for the health of the team and believes integrity is the most important characteristic for growth companies.
