BJ McKay is an entrepreneur, leadership consultant, coach and, most importantly, family man. He launched The Arsenal Fitness in 2013 to continue the type of training he did as an athlete at Ball State University. Muncie CrossFit was the cornerstone of the program, and the first CrossFit affiliate in the City of Muncie. Since then, the business has grown to a new 6,000 sq ft location and boasts over 200 athletes, 9 coaches, and is the proud provider of sports performance training for the MAC Champion Ball State Men’s Baseball team. His coaches have trained current NCAA Division I athletes as well as rising starts in high school and middle school throughout Central Indiana. Muncie CrossFit continues to thrive as the largest and longest standing CrossFit affiliate in Muncie. BJ is enthusiastic about The Arsenal’s vision to create a world were being fit is normal.
Prior to, and throughout, the launch of The Arsenal, BJ maintained a role as Senior Leadership Consultant at ADVISA. Because there was so much information available from varied sources, we decided to conduct our own in-depth research. Episode #61: Andy Yaryan - Yaryan Eye Care Center

Dr. Andy Yaryan was born and raised in Connersville, IN. He attended Indiana University, obtaining his bachelors degree in Biology in 2004, and his doctorate in optometry in 2008. Upon completion of his degree, he returned back to Connersville and joined a small optometric practice. He then purchased the practice and has since taken the business 5 times the original size in less than 10 years.
Dr. Yaryan has lectured on business topics and practice management throughout parts of Indiana and Ohio, and has a special interest in mentoring and coaching optometry students, as well as team members and doctors. He is married to Amanda, and has two daughters, Ruby and Maggie. He is currently pursuing his private pilot certificate and is restoring a 1974 Corvette.

Shane Araujo was born and raised in Northeast Indiana and started his business with his business partner in Fort Wayne. He spent the last 18+ years in the Power-Transmission and MRO world successfully building a tech-enabled distributor of bearings, electric motors, gearboxes, conveyor belting, and other critical MRO products for diverse power transmission applications across the factory/plant floor.

Episode #58: Chris Antypas - Perigon Pharmacy

Christopher Antypas is currently serving as President at Asti's South Hills Pharmacy, a retail pharmacy that is pushing the boundaries of community pharmacy practice. A native of Pittsburgh, Chris earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, and has extensive experience in a variety of pharmacy practice settings. In addition to his role at Asti's, he owns and operates 2 additional pharmacies in Pittsburgh, PA that each serve a unique patient population. His pharmacies include a specialty pharmacy that supports patients suffering from complex conditions by providing specialty therapies, as well as a long-term care pharmacy that services patients residing in a facility.
In addition to his experience as a business owner, manager, and clinician, Chris is practicing as a pharmacy consultant and adviser. He is presently the Director of Pharmacy Solutions for Henderson Brothers, Inc., an insurance and benefits brokerage/consulting firm in Pittsburgh. In this role, Chris helps to support large, self-funded employers manage their pharmacy benefit with thoughtful and innovative strategies.
Chris currently serves as President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association and also sits on the advisory board for both Value Drug Company and Prescribe Wellness. He has been named as a Luminary for The Community Pharmacy Enhanced Service Network (CPESN) as well as The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Care Network (PPCN), and in this capacity, he is helping to reshape community pharmacy practice with innovation and cutting-edge pharmacy care. Known for his commitment to advance pharmacy practice, Chris has been invited to speak nationally and regionally on a variety of pharmacy topics. Chris was recently honored to be named the 2019 ‘Pharmacist of the Year’ by the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association, and in October of 2020, Chris was named the 'Next Generation Pharmacist - Entrepreneur of the Year'.

Marc A. Sweeney, RPh, BS Pharm, PharmD, BCMAS is a career-long entrepreneur who has assisted in the launch and/or strategic growth of several companies, colleges of pharmacy, pharmacies, organizations, and programs. He has helped multiple companies and organizations, both domestically and internationally, save millions of dollars in pharmacy benefit plan costs while implementing innovative strategies to improve overall health care. He strategically aligns stakeholders to create synergistic wins for all involved while creating new jobs.
He co-founded and is the CEO & Principal of Profero Team. He has equity and/or leadership roles in several other companies that he has helped launch or develop. He is involved in bringing transformative health care to multiple local governments, organizations, and companies, including Fortune 500 companies. He obtained his B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, his Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, and completed his fellowship at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He was the Founding Dean of the School of Pharmacy at Cedarville University and on the Founding Executive Leadership Team of The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy. He has also served on the faculty and leadership at Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy assisting in the development of the Pharm.D. program.
In addition to an extensive academic and leadership background, he also has experience in many areas of practice including community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, ambulatory care, homecare/home infusion, managed care, and hospice.
