Will's been playing in the real estate space for over eight years building a rental/seller financing portfolio of 100 doors and averaging 150 transactions yearly making our mix 60% wholesale and 40% buy and holds and rehabs. He's recently jumped into learning more about the commercial lending arena and is in the process of starting a commercial lending brokerage.
In addition to his real estate business he and his wife run a foundation and family farm. They’ve been married for 17 years and reside in Indiana. Will stay busy with his four children (Lane 13, Katelyn 11, Evan 9 and Abigail 6) with school functions, sports, showing livestock and racing.

Eli Skinner was born and raised in the country on a small apple orchard in Plainfield, IN. After college, he spent 15 years working in local churches on the southside of Indianapolis as a musician/creative, staff culture developer, and event designer.
During his time in church-world, he began some small time real estate investing. Jay Bilunas was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, but his family moved around a lot when he was younger. They eventually made their way back to Valparaiso. A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Visual Communication Design, Jay has worked for a variety of larger companies such as Guideposts Magazine, USA Gymnastics, CP Morgan and the Finish Line. He started his business, Angry Ape Creative, in 2010.
